Geared Machine
We provide geared elevators with speeds ranging from 0.3 meters per second to 2.5 meters per second. Italian technology geared machine is used for robust performance and ultra smooth travel without jerking or vibration. Our highly developed control system (Microprocessor based) ensures minimum waiting time in any given condition. Passenger elevators are available with manual doors or Fermator make Automatic doors of various types. Types of automatic doors include:
- Single speed center opening doors.
- Two speed center opening doors.
- Two speed side opening (Telescopic) doors.
Gearless Machine
Our new range of Gearless Machines are compact and small in size. They have fewer parts as the gearbox is not required. This results in easier maintenance and a cleaner machine room. The noise factor in the machine room is also greatly reduced.
Controller:
Our elevators are controlled by highly developed and power efficient control panels. The microprocessor based control panel provides faster processing speed, greater efficiency, reduced maintenance problems and smaller size. The control panel is equipped with VVVF (Variable voltage variable frequency) AC drives that ensure smooth starting and stopping on landings and accurate leveling.
Safety Features:
Raj Elevators understands that total passenger safety is the first and foremost parameter to be considered when installing elevators. The Raj range of elevators is provided with the following safety features:
- Instantaneous safety gear for over speed
- Auto Rescue Device (ARD) - Automatic landing system in case of power failure
- Emergency lighting
- Alarm push button and intercom facility - optional telephone system can be provided to call emergency numbers
- Overload protection
- Full curtain infrared light curtains
- Overload, phase failure and phase reversal protection for the motor
Cabin:
The standard elevators are finished in hairline stainless steel for the cabin items.
Optionally a variety of special cabin interior finishes in painted steel, stainless steel mirror etched, custom etched and photo printed finishes are available.
